How do I raise a support ticket?

Visit the Customer Support page on the main CRFS website:
Select the Raise a support ticket option:

Please fill out the required fields with as much information, images and files as possible before submitting your support request.
You can also update and check the status of any existing tickets on the Customer Support page.
