RF Spectrum Management Systems


CRFS Inc. in Chantilly Virginia, is the US arm of CRFS Ltd., Cambridge, UK, an industry leading worldwide supplier of RF spectrum monitoring and management systems. We are seeking an individual with a strong technical background, outgoing personality and positive attitude, to support our North American sales operation.

The position is based in Chantilly, Virginia and may involve some occasional domestic and overseas travel. The successful candidate will need to have a technical background, ideally with knowledge of RF concepts and RF test equipment. The individual also needs to have strong commercial acumen and experience in customer facing roles. The candidate will report directly to the General Manager of CRFS Inc.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with our customers, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and desire to learn to use our products and technology. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, a desire to be part of a team that is committed to making a difference for our customers and drive to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality inside sales support to the US sales team to increase our ability to support our customers
  • Support preparing technical proposals by reviewing for clarity and completeness
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes
  • Process purchase orders and contracts. Keep our customers proactively informed of order status through delivery
  • Maintain our CRM system (Salesforce). Ensure that data is current and accurate
  • Support lead generation and management using our Pardot data analytics
  • Work with the CRFS UK based global marketing team to ensure US marketing requirements and needs are supported
  • Conduct market research to support new product development, identify partnership opportunities and gather other information useful to the company
  • Support preparation for CRFS activities at trade shows and industry conferences

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or other technical subject or equivalent professional experience. Excellent opportunity for an ex-US military technician with experience of RF systems.
  • Passionate determination to support our customers, follow up on enquiries, leads and opportunities, and assist the sales team with closing sales
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and high productivity
  • Ability to engage with customers and respond to first-line enquiries with technical credibility
  • Self-starter and a good team player
  • Must be US citizen and have, or be eligible for, a US Government security clearance.
