Inside Sales Representative, International

We are seeking a confident tenacious individual with a technical background, outgoing personality and positive attitude, to support our international sales operation.
You are likely to be a technical graduate looking for a first or second step into the commercial world. You should enjoy working with colleagues and customers, have good communication skills and be interested in technology. Excellent attention to detail, a desire to be part of a team that is committed to making a difference for our customers and a drive to get things done are all important attributes.
- Get up to speed quickly with CRFS products, solutions and applications
- Provide high quality inside sales support to the international sales team to increase our productivity and effectiveness
- Manage inbound leads, filter suspects into prospects and provide diligent follow up
- Carry out desktop research to identify prospective clients and partners in specific markets
- Help prepare and execute partner enablement programmes
- Support preparation for CRFS activities at trade shows and industry conferences
- Degree in Engineering or other technical subject or equivalent professional experience.
- Real determination to support our customers, follow up on enquiries, leads and opportunities, and assist the sales team with closing sales
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and high productivity
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to first-line enquiries with technical credibility
- Self-starter and a good team player
